We spoke to Randeep Reehal to learnmore about the firmand the range of services it offers. Randeep explores the firm’s service offering in more detail. “Here at Courtwood, we can maintain any make or model of manufacturer. Services we provide are MOT, routine vehicle servicing, air conditioning and servicing, diagnostics and fault finding, bodywork, accident management, dents, scuffs and resprays. Basic car maintenance. We are able to offer a guarantee for free brake pads for life and finance too. “Additionally, we are part of servicesure, a network of quality assured garages, that offer value added services like, national warranty. Should any customer breakdown, the nearest servicesure garage will recover your car and fix it all hassle free.” It is the Courtwood’s focus on flexibility that sets it apart from other similar firms, as Randeep is eager to emphasise. “Testimony to our success is the fact that all our customers find us by recommendation or by our reviews online. The average retention of customers now is 5 to 10 years, this is due to change of cars, customers still come back to us. We can accommodate any motorist. We still do have customers that have been visiting us for more than 20 years and we are proud to be looking after their future generations. I am passionate about cars and how they work, it is rewarding to see happy customers when they get their cars back. We thrive in delivering a great customer experience. I am proud to have a strong team that appreciate the company’s business ethics. My ladies are trained to speak on the phone and always go the extra mile to help customers. My technicians also think about customers before we commence any work on cars. “Fundamentally, our USP is that we think about customers lifestyles and how we can relieve the stress of bringing their car to the garage. We care and understand customers finances and their cars. We deliver a personal service. Cars are big investment, even though there are many ways to purchase a car now, you still need to maintain them. Motorist are not trained on how to do this and wait for the car to tell you that it needs to visit a workshop, by which time, it can be too late. We like to educate our customers in helping them understand their cars better and get more miles for their money.” Alongside offering exceptional service, Randeep is keen to NLT17014 support more women who are looking to work in this male dominated industry and emulate her success, as she explains. “The motor industry is still very male dominated. I look forward to developing the business and organising community work to empower women in the motor trade. I have a lot of support from my suppliers and other networking organisation to help me achieve this change. My overall mission is to empower women in the motor trade, provide training and enable motorists to see that garages do not have to be intimidating. We are always thinking of ways we can achieve this, by amending any internal processes down to how our promotional material looks. “To achieve this, I plan to grow my business employing women, writing blogs for social media, working with schools and collaborating with suppliers and my networking organisations BNI and Rotary. I like writing about customers, everyday workshop challenges and new car material. We like to share success stories and experiences. The more the public see and read we will accomplish more awareness of our goals.” Looking to the future, Courtwood is keen to grow its service offering and build upon its current achievements, as Randeep concludes.
