Business Elite Awards 2022

31 | Business Elite 2022 22 | Q2 2022 Apr22210 The Company Offering Freedom Through Accessible Transport With Ezee Cabs, you can be sure that you will never be left behind. The company provides a range of services that have been designed to be as accessible as possible, with its fleet including comfortable, wheelchair accessible taxis. In turn, Ezee Cabs has gained the title of Most Trusted for Wheelchair Accessible Taxis and Airport Transfers, 2022 –Bedfordshire. Established in 2015, Ezee Cabs is a family-owned company that strives to surpass client expectations. The Bedford based business operates 365 days a year, from 6am to midnight, providing specialist wheelchair accessible taxis, airport transfers, and school runs for disabled children, parents, or guardians. Each of these services are affordable, professional, and most importantly, reliable. Moreover, Ezee Cabs is equipped to provide transport for both long and short journeys, which are always delivered with a smile. Indeed, Ezee Cabs promises accessible transportation for any occasion – be it to or from a party, restaurant, or hotel. In addition, the company has positioned itself as a leading provider of vehicles to nursing and care homes throughout the Bedfordshire area. This is, perhaps, one of the main elements that sets the business apart from its competition, as each driver has been trained to provide exceptional care to vulnerable clients. Accessibility is the company’s main priority, and it prides itself on having created a system that is suitable for all needs. For example, each vehicle used by Ezee Cabs is able to accommodate manual and electric wheelchairs and are designed to make journeys as comfortable as possible. One customer testifies, ‘It is so easy to use their cabs. even in a big, heavy wheelchair like mine. You are assisted getting on and off, belted in secure and always driven safely. Reliable and friendly, even in the current lockdown.’ The Covid-19 pandemic has had a large impact on the industry as a whole – and for Ezee Cabs, this was no different. As those with disabilities, the immunocompromised, and those with vulnerable families took to sheltering at home, the sector of the business that worked amongst people with disabilities saw a sharp decline in demand. However, Ezee Cabs was able to rapidly adapt and plug this hole through increasing its work in airport transfers and attracting able-bodied customers to use its services, largely in the NHS and care industry. As a result, over the course of the next year, Ezee Cabs will be focusing on the expansion of its portfolio. It hopes to fill the gaps left by other taxi firms and serve those that often fly under the radar. Henceforth, the company is taking on a project on behalf of Bedford Borough Council, for which it will provide school transport. This project is expected to begin in mid-2022. David Masih, the company’s founder, concludes, ‘we’d like to thank our clients and customers for their ongoing support. Without their trust and encouragement, continuing to operate during such a difficult time would not have been possible. Thank you!’ Contact: David Masih Company: Ezee Cabs Web Address:
