We speak to Peter Taylor about the firm’s journey. Founded in 2002, originally as a web and email hosting business, Sensical Services Ltd (Sensical) has grown vastly to provide a comprehensive range of expert consultancy and managed services to UK and international organisations, ranging from cloud computing, communications and managed networking services. The firm is a nimble, responsive and accredited organisation which predominantly works with SMEs within the south east. With clients across government, media, legal, charity and service sectors, Sensical Services’ continued growth has come from an unwavering drive to meet customers’ needs and a steadfast belief in the values of simplicity, practicality and quality. “We continue to develop, refine and adapt in the exciting and fast-paced technology industry,” explains Peter Taylor, the firm’s Head of Support. “Our core values include providing our clients with a high quality service; maintaining the upmost professionalism in all that we do; always being consistent; and to be responsive to every need.” Sensical takes a refreshing approach to the way that it engages with clients. Whilst it is relatively small as a company, it aspires to grow to the point that it is still able to maintain the high quality of services to clients. One of the challenges it experienced at the beginning of the pandemic was that, initially, a number of client projects were paused during the periods of high uncertainty, but as the country returns to the new normal, projects are restarting. “We are lucky to say that we are now busier than ever, helping our clients to flourish during a difficult time for all and providing our same high level of service,” says Peter. “Within our industry, things change so quickly in terms of new technologies.
