We find out more from Jonathan Ward in the wake of the firm being bestowed with a Scottish Enterprise Award for its extremely hard work and dedication to its trade. As a specialist supplier of fasteners, chemicals, and consumables, Spring Solutions provides products via a range of supply chain management services to the Aerospace & Defence manufacturing industries. The company’s primary goal is to manage products from the point of manufacture to the point of delivery, directly to the user, thus removing the hassle, energy and costs along the way. “We provide solutions to some of the industries oldest issues, tackling problems such as counterfeit, obsolescence and shelf-life management, allowing our customers to focus on what they do best,” explains Company Director Jonathan Ward, who has extensive experience and a proven track record in winning, managing and developing key customer accounts within the various industries. Jonathan elaborates further to provide an insight into what it is that distinguishes Spring Solutions from others working within this space. “Most of Spring Solutions’ competitors are multinational conglomerates who are interested in providing a one size fits all solution for the big players in the industry,” he says. “So while this works for one or two, the rest of the industry don’t get the attention or focus. When we partner with a customer, we build long term solutions and partnerships, tackling head on every problem faced by each individual stakeholder in the site.” It is due to this dedication and commitment to its clientele that Spring Solutions was recently recognised in the SME News’ Scottish Enterprise Awards with the coveted title of Most Client-Focused Supply Chain Management Specialists 2021, and it seems that the future is looking strong for the West Lothian-based firm. “We are hugely excited about the future of Spring Solutions,” Jonathan enthuses. “In Chemcare, we feel we have designed a world class solution that will truly revolutionise the way our customers receive their products.
