Scottish Enterprise Awards 2021

29 | Scottish Enterprise Awards 2021 Established in 2006, e2w Property Services is a professional team of estate and letting agents. Having recently found success in SME News’ Scottish Enterprise Awards 2020, we got in touch with Laura Ewan to find out more about the award-winning firm and how they have established a reputation in the Highlands for being one of the best sales and lettings agencies on the market today. Whether you are a landlord seeking property management services or a homeowner looking to sell your home, e2w Property Services will guide you through the process offering expert advice. As a local estate and lettings agency based in the seaside town of Nairn, the small, friendly team act on the sale of residential property, in addition to managing residential lettings on behalf of their clients. “Whether our valued clients are selling or renting out their property, we are on hand to guide them through the process from start to finish, delivering a first-class service at a fair price” Laura begins to explain. “In recent years, we have significantly increased our market share in Nairn and Inverness by remaining true to our core values. Providing a great service at all times is of paramount importance to us.” Since inception, providing clients with an efficient service at all stages of the selling or letting process has been the firm’s number one priority. Moreover, as Laura points out, setting high standards has been the key to maintaining client satisfaction. “To distinguish ourselves from the rest, we can offer unrivalled personal service at a fair price. Typically, we offer competitive fixed fees for the selling or renting out of a property and take great pride in the marketing and presentation of our listings. The firm’s strong and customer-focused team are also passionate about property so exceeding a client’s expectations is never a problem.” This past year has certainly been a testing time for many businesses, from every sector due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the lockdown restrictions put in place to combat the spread. However, despite the outbreak, e2w Property Services have still managed to prosper once lockdown restrictions were eased at the end of June, as Laura informs us. “In the summer we experienced an unprecedented level of house sales. Demand has been exceptionally high from those looking to sell or buy a property, in part due to the Lands and Buildings Tax relief introduced by the Scottish government. Post lockdown, an ever-increasing number of people are also keen to move to the Highlands. Spurred on by comparatively lower house prices in the region, the increasing work from home opportunities and low levels of COVID-19, none of this surprises us.” Being based in the picturesque Highland has many benefits, and as the interview draw to a close, Laura signs off by highlighting some of the perks of being based in the striking area, as well as revealing the exciting plans which lie in the pipeline for the firm in the years to come. “The fresh air, stunning scenery right on our doorstep, low crime levels and idyllic lifestyle opportunities all make the Highlands a beautiful area of the country to live in. Moving forward, we are always looking to recruit friendly and approachable individuals who reflect our values wherever possible. Having recently moved to new, fully refurbished premises we are enjoying our prime location on the High Street and the future is looking very bright indeed.” Company: e2w Property Services Contact: Laura Ewan Website: www.e2wproperty.com Oct21448 Estate Agents of the Year 2021 – Highlands
