Its speciality is indulgent cocktails, with master mixologists that are experts and exude a passion for cocktails and service – it’s their craft. The bar’s extensive drinks list is formed of iconic and classic cocktails, with the team ready to recommend a tipple based on guests’ moods and preferred flavour profiles. 63rd+1st runs on the belief that the more it does, the more its guests will want. The team can serve up anything the guest wants, doing everything they can to make it happen. The restaurant’s ethos is “Never Say No” – If the team can help, they will be empowered to do so. And with its ever-changing seasonal menu, it is constantly evolving its food and drink offering to excite guests with indulgent flavours inspired by current trends. 63rd+1st also recently collaborated with the renowned celebrity chef, Tony Singh to bring a menu of vegan Indian-inspired small plate dishes that allow it to showcase even more variety to its clientele for whatever they are in the mood for. The 63rd+1st team’s approach to guests’ experiences and the delivery of their cocktails and small plates is second to none, with Best New Cocktail Bar 2022 - Glasgow General Manager, Sian O’Brien commenting, “It’s who we are and what we do.” When the restaurant and bar first opened, it sat at a position of 750 out of 1,711 on TripAdvisor, and nine months later, it found itself within the top 100 restaurants, and number nine out of 250 pubs in Glasgow – Guest feedback says it all! From its approach, welcoming atmosphere, scents, food and drink, every moment at 63rd+1st has been considered meticulously and remains coherent throughout.
