Fundamentally, we are delighted to have won the 2018 UK Enterprise Award for Best Bespoke Joinery Company. This adds to our National Fenestration Awards which we have won for the past 4 years. As a firm, we take great pride in any awards that we are entered for, and any good comments we receive from our customers, or indeed the end-user, after the products have been installed into their homes. Looking ahead, our mission is to maintain what we have, which is currently over 100 customers who know they can depend on both our quality of product, but equally important, our quality of service. We always look to achieve given delivery dates (of which we are at 100% to-date this year), and always giving any extra service required, with regard to the production of CAD drawings prior to manufacture, to assist with either getting the plans through the council process, or satisfying the end-user with a clear illustration of what they will be getting (this is always useful when the windows are having Georgian configurations). Moving forward, we will continue to grow our customer base, and also to maintain the large one that we already have, with a nationwide delivery service of quality goods, delivered at the scheduled dates.
