Despite the recent outbreak of COVID-19 the firm has still managed to succeed during these difficult and challenging times as Aaron explains further. “Continuing to grow despite a very challenging last 12 months is down to genuine hard work from the entire team. Financials have been hit hard across 90% of industries, and even those thriving are still living in a world where their customers and end-users are under unprecedented pressures. So, in order to succeed we’ve had to stay focused on our customers and make sure everything we do reflects our values. “Prior to the pandemic, around 50% of our client base sat within hospitality, so with the industry closing down for many months due to COVID-19, we ensured we were on hand to help guide clients through the period by offering advice. Alongside this, we identified an opportunity for our team to utilise their respective skillsets and help turn the increase in consumers online to the advantage of each of our clients”. Finally, Aaron discusses the benefits of being a UK based business before sharing some of the future plans in place at Socialise Digital. “The UK will always be our home, but due to the flexible nature of the industry and the services we offer, being primarily online based does give us a fortunate capability to service clients around the world. Looking ahead we hope to continue expanding the team and of course our client base, but we only ever do this when we are 100% certain that we’re adding value to what we already have.
