Luke Davis – CEO and founder of IW Capital – discusses the service:

“We are hugely excited to be launching the service on the back of overwhelming demand from IFAs to provide a managed service for clients looking for high-growth opportunities with tax efficiency through the EIS.

“We have made the offering as simple, clear, fair and not misleading as possible and by offering co-investment with our private clients who are experienced seasoned professionals we hope to deliver the best possible growth outcomes for all of the portfolio companies backed through the service.

“We have seen more demand than ever before, both from our investor base and in terms of deal flow, and so we feel this comes at an ideal time to launch. With the addition of this service, IW Capital will be looking to deploy in excess of £100m into UK-based growth companies over the next three years. ”
