The team’s work takes them across the length and breadth of the UK, with the head office in Northamptonshire less than an hour away from London by train while offering a central base from which to travel to the rest of the UK. Of course, the pandemic changed the way in which many businesses work. As Responsible Persons for pharmaceuticals, the team at Paradigm Shift were classed as key workers. Being able to be on site didn’t mean that other options were available, however. The online training platform developed by the team has become a vital resource, allowing various training courses to be delivered through webinars instead. Now, much of the team’s work can be done remotely, with new remote audit protocols offering immense benefits to many. The future for the Paradigm Shift team seems bright indeed, with growth planned for in a way which is safe and secure at all times. The nature of the team’s work means they do not take on every job or every company. They work with those who are committed to raising standards across the whole industry. In 2022, the team hope to grow their options in terms of training as well as finding new ways of supporting their clients through these often-turbulent times. Perhaps the most exciting part of these plans is the planned IOS certification for Information Security (27001). In an industry that has become more dependent than ever on what technology can provide, this certification is a sign that the team know exactly what they are doing.
