We speak to Natalie Alden, the firm’s Founder, in the wake of it winning this Southern Enterprise Award. Nestled in Farnborough Hampshire, Bespoke IT Solutions (Bespoke) is situated in an enviable location being just a 40-minute journey from London. As a fast-growing business, Bespoke is an IT services company advising businesses on how best to meet their technology challenges whilst providing a complete support service along the way. Recently, the firm was bestowed with the well- deserved accolade of Best Managed IT Services Provider – South West in the Southern Enterprise Awards 2021 and, for Natalie and the team, the future is looking positive. “Our aim is to be trusted advisers working with your business over time to achieve your IT goals.” Its dynamic team, that is focussed on delivering great results for customers, is led by Founder Natalie Alden who has more than 20 years’ worth of experience under her belt in the outsourced IT services industry. She tells us more about the firm and its dedicated team. “Our team is filled with people who are IT experts but who also have a tenacious, can-do attitude to solving technical problems and finding ways to get things done. Natalie also fulfils the role of Director and Enterprise Architect in the firm and very much enjoys running this business, helping clients to optimise their IT and providing opportunities for her team to learn, develop, and flourish. Natalie tells us, “I love working with people to help them become the best versions of themselves and to encourage youngsters into careers in IT and STEM related areas. Sometimes all it takes is for one person to believe in them.” Quality Management runs through all of the company’s services and teams. To this end, she is an adult instructor with the Army Cadet Force in Hampshire and is also the Detachment Commander for her contingent of Cadets (people aged between 12 and 18). Several members of the team at Bespoke join her in this pastime as instructors and are committed to helping young people and promoting life skills, teamwork and promoting a culture of achievement. As an aside, Natalie also donates annually to the Crisis at Christmas charity, which strives to ensure that homeless people are provided with a meal at Christmastime. By giving back to the community we can see that she really promotes unity and respect, and this can also be seen throughout all of her work with Bespoke.
