Known in the trade as H.A.S Ireland Ltd, the firm is the official service agency for the Electrolux Group, Glen Dimplex Home Appliances, Glen Dimplex Ireland, Glen Dimplex Heating and Beko PLC. We profile the firm to find out more. Over the past number of years, H.A.S have invested in a training programme for young people. This allows the firm to train its own service technicians for the future. As such, the firm plans to invest in a new system that will allow Technicians to make video calls from site to our in-house technical support Engineers to discuss technical issues and get problems resolved even faster than they can now. Eight of its technicians are registered GAS Safe Engineers and allow H.A.S to offer repairs to all gas domestic appliances. Each Gas Engineer is equipped with Kane 456 Gas analysers which send real time reports back to the servers at HAS Ireland Ltd HQ. Sadly, there is a lack of support from the UK government and people like Invest NI to support such ventures, however H.A.S remains committed to supporting and training its team and working with up and coming technicians to ensure that it remains able to provide clients with a truly cutting edge solution and a service offering they can rely on. H.A.S Ireland Ltd was formed in December 2004 and located in Cullion outside Mayobridge Co Down but due to its continued growth it moved to Milltown Industrial Estate outside Warrenpoint Co Down in March 2008. Today, the firm’s customer services department handles over 100 service calls per day on Electrolux, Zanussi, AEG, Belling, Stoves, Glen Dimplex heating and Beko group products. Its customer services team and service technicians electronically communicate all service requests, spares requirements and back reporting through handheld devices linking to our servers. Additionally, to ensure that clients receive the very highest standard of service, H.A.S invest heavily in IT platforms and use “MY IT Dept” a forward-looking IT company based in Belfast to look after all of its network requirements.
