The standard of care provided by our staff is paramount, we have a small but dedicated team of Community Care Assistants who will always aim to deliver the highest standard of home care in a manner which promotes integrity, dignity and true personal choice whilst having empathy with the customer’s needs. We pride ourselves on being small and personalised and believe that all of our customers have the right to an active participation in the development of their care package, giving choice and control wherever it is possible.” Offering a quality service, HCH aims to be a breath of fresh air in a tough market. After all, the current trend in the care industry is for limited funding, which has a knock-on effect with customer needs. It is also difficult at times recruiting good competent staff as care is not just a job it is a vocation.
