Jane is only too aware that this area is niche: “Our business principles are based on our moral and genuine desire to help improve the lives of vulnerable children and adults in society today. “Our courses improve the understanding around disabilities, including invisible disabilities and explore the triggers which can produce challenging behaviours.” With an Advisory Board offering a hugely impressive base of expertise and experience, Spectrum Courses explains conditions including autism, ADHD and other mental health problems. “We are upskilling thousands of taxi drivers and passenger assistants, so that they understand that there are triggers to children’s behaviours.
