76 | Northern Enterprise Awards 2022 Mark Wood, Owner and Founder of Full Circuit Group Ltd, began trading as a sole trader in 2003 doing various different types of electrical work, including new build homes, as well as working as a sub-contractor on larger sites. It was in 2017 that Mark noticed a gap in the market for a premium domestic electrical company that did small domestic electrical work but operated professionally and had a customer service focus, and therefore he established Full Circuit Electrical to fulfil these requirements. “Where else can customer service be more important than in the customer’s home,” Mark questions. “But unfortunately customer services is not normally something that is given much consideration in the building trade. I was frustrated by the poor service, quality and unreliability of other professionals and I wanted to be different.” Full Circuit’s company values are very customer centric and focus on friendliness, helpfulness, communication, and teamwork. We are a bigger company doing smaller work.” It seems that Mark has really hit the sweet spot with Full Circuit as the firm’s reputation is strong, with customers quick to praise the stellar work and excellent customer service.
