You can choose CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) or Counselling either in a room environment or outdoors in nature. EFP (Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy) is an outdoor therapy where we work with the horses on the ground. Horses help us increase self-awareness through reflection of emotions due to their state of living in the present. Walk and Talk can be whatever you need, from a specific therapy to a blended therapy or just an opportunity to talk and be heard and enjoy nature.
