<p>I am a psychotherapist working creatively with each unique individual. I have many years of experience with a range of needs including neurodivergence, loss, trauma, relationship issues, loss of direction and low mood, stress and anxiety, attachment and attachment trauma. I always feel honoured to be able to support clients and work using a range of approaches including DBT, talking, creative expression, and all very client les as to how each one wants to explore themselves and their lives.</p>
