On the back of Paisley’s success in the awards programme, we spoke with Michaela to find out more. Recruitment is a swiftly changing landscape, and especially so over the last couple of years. The working environment, and people’s attitudes towards work has shifted in light of the pandemic. However, not so much in the Construction, Engineering and Renewable sectors, which is where Paisley Site Services has firmly established itself as one of the leaders in the region. As it stands, however, the North East is experiencing a booming construction industry, with a growing need for a variety of tradespeople to meet this demand.
